Why PFA is different

PFA uses high-voltage electrical pulses to produce irreversible electroporation and is considered a nonthermal ablation modality, although real-world energy interactions and safety considerations remain platform- and anatomy-specific.

Different PFA systems may use different catheter geometries, mapping integration, energy generators, delivery sequences and safety workflows. Learn the electrophysiology endpoint and system logic, then complete formal training for the exact platform in your lab.
